SENATE BILL NO. 264 "An Act relating to the board, investigations,                                                              
and examinations of the Alaska Commercial Fishing and Agriculture                                                               
Bank; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
